My wife and I stayed at Casa del Fuego for a week in February of this year. It has a great seaside location with a private beach and dock for easy in and out of the warm Caribbean. From Carenero Island, it is a 2 to 5 minute boat ride for two dollars to the main island of Bocas town. All you have to do is stand at the end of the dock and a water taxi will pick you up within about two minutes. There are several restaurants within easy walking distance that serve breakfast, lunch or dinner. Stand up paddle boards were available and were a lot of fun. We paddled all the way to the floating bar across the bay. The house itself is really attractive and comfortable with fans and AC as needed. Ariel, the property manager, is nearby and is great about helping you with any questions or needs you might have. Between walking around the island, swimming, paddle boarding and biking on the main island, we had lots of activity. We don’t surf but if you do,that is a major attraction and can walk to a few different surf spots from the house. Everything is super casual, so it’s easy to relax and enjoy the warmth! We are already planning a return to Casa del Fuego.

What a gem 💎 ! This is a super fun, relaxing place to come spend time in Bocas del Toro (which me and my family LOVED) and is very accessible to the action without being close to any of the noise of the action. You can catch a boat right out front of the house on the dock to the surf breaks, to any one of the gorgeous beaches around (Wizard was our favorite), to other islands like Bastimentos, Solarte, or in to Bocas Town for shopping, nightlife and all of the other adventures. The place was clean, quiet, safe and perfect for my wife and my two kids. My youngest keeps asking me when we can go back to the "Fuego". ASAP, I think!

The most perfect getaway spot! This location provides such a balance of relaxing peace and upbeat fun! Stunning spot right on the water with tons to walk to on the island (restaurants, bars, surfing, swimming) and easy access to water taxis to get around to other islands. Very well kept home with lots of comfortable seating inside and out and ability to host lots of family and friends. Would definitely return, very memorable vacation!

A great place to entertain groups and puts you right in the middle of the action. Isla Carenero offers great restaurants within walking distance and you an also quickly walk to several of the surf spots. I would definitely recommend this spot for larger groups of friends or families. Beautiful views!
